Each year it organizes the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition, the world’s largest moot-court exclusively devoted to international commercial mediation. For 7 days (7-15 February 2022) student teams representing 66 different universities gather in Paris (ONLINE) to complete various mock mediation sessions with the objective to resolve international business disputes through mediation, pursuant to the ICC Mediation Rules. On the side lines of around 150 mock mediation sessions, training programs and numerous social events will take place.
The University of Vienna will send a Team of 2 – 4 students to participate in this year’s Mediation Competition in Paris.
