Information

Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

This course explores contemporary issues in organization design using both classic and contemporary theories, while also mobilizing some critical thinking. More specifically, we intend to explore how organizations are structured and how different organizational aspects such as leadership, culture, capability, processes, and strategy would help organizations to deal with their environment and to create sustained value for their stakeholders.

This course aims to promote students’ analytical thinking and active learning about managing organizations. The main objective is to explain the complex nature of organizations by discussing various aspects of organizational structure, processes, and design. The course also aims to create an interactive learning environment through course materials, real-world examples, assignments, and active participation of students in discussions.
