Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

The aim of the course is to prepare and to support students in the process of preparation of a master's thesis or an academic work in the subject of Classical Archaeology. Students should make a presentation of their master's thesis, or of a relevant academic work, provide a short abstract, discuss and receive constructive feedback. Presentations and discussions can take place in German or in English.

Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel

Presentation – discussion – Regular and active participation. A maximum of two absences are allowed.

Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab

The presentation of the master’s thesis (45%) - excerpt from the master's thesis (25%)- active contributions to the discussion (30%).

Literatur

Due to the diversity of the individual subjects, there is no common binding literature.
