After the introduction of key topics on job stress (based on individual presentations), the seminar will take focus on practical aspects of job stress and occupational health psychology. Participants will form groups, and each group will receive a case study of assessment of relevant stress factors in an organization. Based on the results of the assessment (specific case), the group will prepare a report. The report will describe the key challenges the organization is facing in terms of stress experiences of the employees. Furthermore, the report will provide practical recommendations on how to address these challenges for the organization. The case study as well as the report will be presented in the seminar and discussed with other participants.
(Final course design depends on the number of participants and will be announced at the first session).
The course will be held in English.
