Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

We study and discuss selected advanced topics in ergodic theory or related issues in dynamics and probability.
The concrete choice of topics will be discussed at the start of the seminar (3rd of March).

Participants of 250109-1 VO Ergodic Theory (2025S) and students who have taken a course in ergodic theory before
are welcome to delve deeper into topics related to this VO, selected according to the student's individual preferences.

Some background in topology, measure theory, dynamics and probability is desirable.

Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel

Assessment is based on active participation, presentations and short written seminar papers.
