Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziel der Vorlesung ist ein Überblick über zentrale Fragen und Grundpositionen der Religionsphilosophie von der Antike bis zum 19. Jahrhundert. Neben maßgeblichen Vertretern aus dem Judentum, Christentum und Islam werden auch außereuropäische Religionsphilosophen, insbesondere des Buddhismus, Hinduismus und Daoismus, verhandelt.

Arbeitsweise: Vortrag mit Diskussion.

Assessment and permitted materials

Multiple choice exam written.
Positive grade over 50% of points / correct answers. One point per correct answer.
Exams also in English possible.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

In order to pass the exam, sufficient expertise has to be proven, at least 50% of achievable points.
