Einführung in das Wohnungseigentumsgesetz unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Novelle 2022, u.a. im Rechtsvergleich, sowie weitere wohnrechtliche Materien mit speziellem Fokus auf Regelungen im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit.
