Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Es wird anhand von Folien und Beispielsfällen sämtliche materiell-rechtlichen Delikte des StGB mit IT-Bezug durchbesprochen. Daneben werden IT-bezogene Fragen der inländischen Gerichtsbarkeit, der strafrechtlichen Haftung von Providern sowie Fragen der Datenermittlung im Sicherheitspolizei- und Strafprozessrecht behandelt.

Assessment and permitted materials

Zwei Klausuren (am 15.12.2015 und 19.1.2016) aus denn sich die Gesamtnote zu je 50% zusammensetzt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Überblick über die materiellen Strafdelikte mit IT-Bezug. Kenntnis über Rechtsgrundlagen und Probleme der polizeilichen Ermittlungsarbeit bei IT-Kriminalität.
