Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Anhand von Folien und Beispielsfällen werden sämtliche materiell-rechtlichen Delikte des StGB mit IT-Bezug durchbesprochen. Daneben werden IT-bezogene Fragen der inländischen Gerichtsbarkeit, der strafrechtlichen Haftung von Providern sowie Fragen der Datenermittlung im Sicherheitspolizei- und Strafprozessrecht behandelt.

Assessment and permitted materials

Es finden zwei Klausuren statt (am 17.12.2019 und 14.01.2020), aus denen sich die Gesamtnote zu je 50% zusammensetzt. Eine nicht mitgeschriebene Klausur zählt als negative Note.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Es besteht Anwesenheitspflicht. Die Note setzt sich zu je 50 % aus den beiden schriftlichen Klausuren zusammen.
