Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is dedicated to the legal history of Jews and Jewishness(es) in Austria since the Middle Ages; individual (legal) historical aspects will be presented in lectures by various experts.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam at the end of the course covering part of the course content, with an attendance bonus.
Three additional exam dates for first-time or repeat attempts.
Only lecture recordings, including notes and uploaded documents, may be used as aids/learning materials. Any use of AI is prohibited.
Grades will only be awarded if you participate in the written exam, for which you must register separately via u:find. The exam will be conducted via a separate Moodle page, which will only be accessible to you if you register within the specified period.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To receive a passing grade, at least half of the possible points must be achieved in the answered question blocks of the digital open-book final exam.

The course is only graded if the written examination is completed (no course immanent to the examination); attendance bonus.
