Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalte: Grundlagen von JV-Gründungen, gesellschaftsrechtliche Fragen der Organisation, Führung und Auflösung von JV.

Ziele: StudentInnen sollen mit den wichtigsten gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit JV vertraut gemacht werden.
