Aims, contents and method of the course

Darstellung und Besprechung ausgewählter Gebiete des Vermögensprivatrechts: Sachenrecht (inkl. Nachbarrecht), Leistungsstörungsrecht, Schadenersatzrecht

Assessment and permitted materials

Leistungskontrolle: 2 schriftliche Tests (je 40%) und Mitarbeit (10%)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Für den Erwerb eines positiven Lehrveranstaltungszeugnisses sind regelmäßige Anwesenheit und das Erreichen von 51% der Beurteilungskriterien notwendig.
