Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of the seminar is to address the legal challenges posed by the so-called “turning point” caused by Russia's attack on Ukraine, which violates international law, and the armed conflict between Israel and Iran.

Assessment and permitted materials

Mitarbeit: Gewichtung 30 %
Kurzreferat ca 30 min: Gewichtung 40 %
Seminararbeit (20-25 Seiten; bei Dissertant*innen 10-15 Seiten): Gewichtung 30 %

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

absolvierte FÜM III und Modulprüfung Verfassungsrecht

Examination topics

Erstellung einer ca 30-45 min Präsentation, Diskussion derselben und Verfassen einer Seminararbeit

Die Teilnahme an der Vorbesprechung ist zwingend erforderlich – Informationen zum Aufbau der Seminararbeit, Grundlegendes zur Literatur- und Judikaturrecherche sowie Literatur- und Judikaturhinweise zu den jeweiligen Themen werden in der Vorbesprechung bekanntgegeben.
