If it can take place in presence, there will be two groups. The group allocation will be announced on the Moodle platform. If personal attendance is not possible, the exam will be online.

Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Active participation in class, e-learning quizzes at home in preparation of the cases, and one written exam (case analysis).
At the written exam, the following book may be used: Reinisch A. und Reisinger Coracini A. (Hrsg.), Österreichisches Handbuch des Völkerrechts, Band 2, 6. Auflage (Wien Manz 2021).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Written exam, e-learning quizzes and class participation must amount to 50% of the points achievable.
