Aims, contents and method of the course

This course will provide an introduction to the legal system of the European Union and the four fundamental freedoms of the European Internal Market (free movement of goods, services, capital, and persons).

Assessment and permitted materials

Assessment: written final exam
Permitted exam materials: TFEU and TEU

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

50% of correct answers for a passing grade, based on the written final exam.
