Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Lehrveranstaltung soll eine Einführung in das Abfallwirtschaftsrecht bieten und dabei die Grundstrukturen dieses Rechtsgebiets näher erörtern.

Assessment and permitted materials

Zum Erwerb eines Zeugnisses ist die positive Absolvierung der schriftlichen Klausur erforderlich, welche am Ende der Blocklehrveranstaltung abgehalten wird. Als erlaubte Hilfsmittel für diese schriftliche Klausur können unkommentierte Gesetzesausgaben verwendet werden.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Die Studenten sollen durch die Absolvierung der Lehrveranstaltung befähigt werden, grundlegende abfallwirtschaftsrechtliche Probleme selbständig zu lösen.

Examination topics

Der Stoff für die schriftliche Klausur umfasst die im Kurs ausgehändigten Unterlagen.
