Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Grades will be based on the oral performance in class and the quality of the written assignments. Participants are expected to attend ALL classes and prepare for every class!
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Study of selected fields of Roman Law; improvement of Roman Law knowledge and legal analysis; development of mooting skills.
Examination topics
Roman law pertaining to the case; mooting skills
Reading list
Basis: Corpus iuris civilis (in available English translations); additional literature depending on the, yet not known, case for next year's competition.
