Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The rule of law is a core principle of all „Western" legal systems. Arguably, it is to be counted among the principles common to a all civilized societies and must be regarded, hence, as a principle of international law itself . And, yet, it is up to debate whether the rule of law applies to international law at all and, if it does, in which form. The seminar will explore the pro and cons and different conceptions of the rule of law.The seminar counts as fulfillment of your mandatory English class requirement.
