Aims, contents and method of the course

Einführung für Studenten mit öffentlich-rechtlichem Background in das Recht der Genehmigungsverfahren bei Infrastrukturvorhaben. Behandelt werden materienrechtliche Aspekte, UVP-Recht, verfahrensrechtliche Aspekte und Erfahrungen aus der Praxis mit der Genehmigung und Abwicklung von Infrastrukturvorhaben.
