Aims, contents and method of the course

Die VO Grundlagen des Technologierechts I dient der Einführung in zentrale Bereiche des Informationstechnologierechts. Der inhaltliche Schwerpunkt liegt auf den folgenden Themengebieten: Grundlagen des Rechts der Künstlichen Intelligenz, rechtliche Aspekte von Big Data, der IT-Vertrag, Rechtsfragen des E-Government, Domainnamensrecht.
