Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This seminar examines International Financial Law - Public and Private. Seminar papers can address diverse aspects of international financial law. The seminar is offered jointly with Prof. Lehmann (030534 SE Internationales Finanzmarktrecht - Öffentliches Recht und Privatrecht).

The course takes place on Zoom. If the pandemic situation allows it, in person.

Assessment and permitted materials

Seminar paper, presentation and contribution to discussions.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Seminar papers are to be written in English.

Topics are chosen by indicating three preferences from a list of topics prior to the first meeting (no later than 11 October).

Step 1: Please send your preferred topics to brigitte.weidinger@univie.ac.at before
Monday, 11 October 2021.
List three topics, starting with your favourite one. If you do not send us a list of your preferred topics, we will simply assign a topic to you. In any case, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned a topic from the list.
Step 2: We will assign a topic to you within one week. You will receive your topic via email and will be asked to confirm the receipt.
