Aims, contents and method of the course

This course, which is taught in German language, explores criminal proceedings against (former) heads of state.

Assessment and permitted materials

Students are assessed on the basis of the oral presentation of their research project (40% of final grade), their research paper (60%), their general contribution to the course and course discussions.
