Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhaltlich beschäftigt sich diese Anfängerpflichtübung ausschließlich mit dem materiellen Strafrecht, und zwar mit dem AT I, dem BT I und Teilen des BT II.

Assessment and permitted materials

Mindestanforderung: Anwesenheit;
Zusammensetzung der Note: zu je 50% aus 2 Klausuren

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Erlernen der strafrechtlichen Falllösungstechnik und von Grundkenntnissen des Allgemeinen und des Besonderen Teils, die in der nachfolgenden PÜ vertieft werden können.
