Aims, contents and method of the course
This course provides an overview over current questions and challenges in the broad field of migration law and encourages students to discuss these topics with a range of experts and think about solutions.See the German version of the course catalogue for further details.
Assessment and permitted materials
The assessment is based on a final exam. The exam will be in person, on campus, invigilated, and on campus. Student have one hour to complete the exam consisting of 20 multiple choice questions (40% of the final grade) and two essay questions (30% each of the final grade). The questions are based on the content of the lectures and the subsequent discussions. The exam is closed-book.
