Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Vorlesung beginnt am Dienstag, 10. März 2026, und findet wöchentlich statt.

Es wird das Strafprozessrecht systematisch besprochen und anhand von Beispielen erläutert.

Die Vorlesung kann nur beim Lernen und Verstehen unterstützen. Es wird von den TeilnehmerInnen daher selbstständige Vorbereitung auf die einzelnen Vorlesungseinheiten erwartet. Die Unterlagen zur Vorlesung werden auf moodle bereitgestellt.
