Participation during the presentations of the respective own group is mandatory. In case of unexcused absence, no positive (partial) assessment can be given for these students.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Enterprise architecture management
Typical application scenarios of enterprise architecture management
TOGAF
Introduction to modeling of enterprise architecture with ArchiMate

Understand typical problems of the practical implementation of EAM and be able to propose adequate solutions
Gain an understanding of the interconnectedness of the topic (socio-economic and technical interrelationships)
Understand how to apply frameworks, standards and best practices
Be able to design and model enterprise architectures
Gain basic knowledge in appropriate tools (e.g. ADOIT:CE, www.adoit-community.com)

Assessment and permitted materials

Elaboration and implementation of a case study

Ongoing presentation/discussion of the case study

The exam will be a digital written exam with an exam sheet available for download via Moodle.
Duration of the exam: 60 minutes.
NOTE: The exam sheet submitted via Moodle will be subject to a Turnitin plagiarism/text similarity check in Moodle.
