Aims, contents and method of the course

Target group:
This Bachelor's seminar is open to all "Berufsfelder".

Goals:
• Implementation, application and extension of the basic knowledge conveyed in the framework of the VO "Introduction to scientific work" for writing scientific papers.
• Awakening of interest in independent scientific work.

Content:
• Systematic recherché (general, databases, sites)
• Assessment of literature sources in terms of quality
• Presentation of content and research results (systematic, textual / graphic)
• Comment - Discuss - Interpret results
• Reflection of own work (strengths/weaknesses, future work)
• Citing
• Development of scientific work structure
• Development of research designs
• Empirical methods and working techniques
• Developing a concise, scientific writing style

Assessment and permitted materials

As part of the Bachelor Seminar, a scientific paper has to be written (Bachelor Thesis).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

As part of the Bachelor Seminar, a scientific paper has to be written (Bachelor Thesis). This must be complete and submitted in a timely manner (30.6.19).

Examination topics

As part of the Bachelor Seminar, a written scientific paper has to be completed (Bachelor Thesis).
ONLY COMPLETED Bachelorwork can be positive.
