Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The lecture deals with the various eras from the copper-stone-age to the steel age of the present time. Metals and raw materials have had great influence on the development of social structures, the progress of technology, trade, military organizations, colonization, the appearance of power structures and the race for the possession of raw materials.

Written exam according to examination regulations
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students have knowledge and understanding of the influence of mining, metal production and use on the development of political, economic and social structures.
