Aims, contents and method of the course
Die Herausbildung des nationalen Gedankens gilt als wesentliches Merkmal der europäischen Geschichte des 19.Jahrhunderts, besonders aber Südosteuropas. Der Kurs möchte sich vor dem Hintergrund einer intensiven Forschung kritisch mit dieser Meinung auseinandersetzen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Lektüre programmatischer Quellentexte und zentraler Arbeiten zu Nation und Nationstheorie am Beispiel Südosteuropas.
