Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziel: Übersicht über und Einsicht in die altfranzösische Sprache und Textproduktion (IX-XII Jh.)
Inhalte: Die Wesenszüge des Altfranzösischen in sein en Texten
Methode: Analyse und Interpretation ausgewählter Passagen aus den Straßburger Eiden, dem Rolandslied (Chanson de Roland) und dem Parzival (Perceval le Gallois ou le Conte du Graal) von Chrétien de Troyes

NB Wegen der europäischen Bedeutung der Thematik steht die Veranstaltung selbstverständlich Studierenden aller romanischen Sprachen offen. Übersetzung ins Neufranzösische und ins Deutsche stehen zur Verfügung.

Begleitende Vorbereitung der behandelten Texte

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Bereitschaft, eine Passage eines altfranzösischen Textes zu untersuchen
Die Beurteilung erfolgt aufgrund einer schriftlichen Prüfung.
Punkte: 17-20 = sehr gut (1), 14-16 = gut (2), 12-13 = befriedigend (3), 12-13 = genügend (4), 0-9 = nicht genügend (5)

Examination topics

Eigenständige Analyse und Interpretation einer Passage eines altfranzösischen Textes.
