Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Qualunque sia l’epoca storica in cui ci troviamo, il conflitto linguistico nasce sempre dalla lotta fra gruppi di parlanti che cercano di imporre i propri interessi all’interno della società in cui vivono. Partendo dalle teorie del contatto linguistico e dell’ideologia linguistica, analizzeremo secondo quali fenomeni sociolinguistici si manifestarono i conflitti nei territori poliglossici dell’Italia settentrionale nell’Otto e Novecento. Rifletteremo anche sulle conseguenze di questi conflitti e sulle misure che furono adottate per cercare di risolverli.

Assessment and permitted materials

Frequenza obbligatoria, partecipazione attiva e critica alle lezioni, relazione orale e tesina.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Valutazione: tesina (60%), relazione (20%), partecipazione attiva (20%).
