Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Contents:

In this class, we will be looking at ways of promoting the reading of literature/culture in the EFL classroom and at the aims and principles underlying such approaches. This exploration will be based on patterns that guide the reading of 'texts'; (i.e. various kinds of literary and cultural production such as short stories, novels, pop songs, poetry, images, drama, etc.) in a foreign language and will employ a broad range of materials.
