Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar serves to deepen the contents of the M2a lecture. On the basis of further literature, historical case studies, and current controversies, we will discuss epistemological and scientific questions together.
Assessment and permitted materials
The overall grade is composed of an essay (60%) and further assignments (20% in-depth reading reflections, 20% intellectual participation).Although the seminary will be held in German, the assignments can be done in German as well as in English.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Compliance with compulsory attendance (max. 1 unexcused absence) and positive grading of the final essay. Since active participation is required, students must also have working microphones and cameras in order to participate in the seminar if it should be online.Good knowledge of English and German is required.
