Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Active participation in in-class activities, reflection paper, pro-seminar paper, creating a digital story are required to finish the course successfully.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Regular participation is mandatory. Students need good command of English to be able to follow the seminar. The assignments for this pro-seminar should be handed in English. At the end of the seminar, students have rights to speak about all part of performance with the instructor. In case of plagiarism in a part of assignments, the whole seminar will be considered as plagiarized.All students must complete a UB library tour and research training.Link for the guides:

In the context of digital storytelling, media-pedagogy problems will be discussed with special consideration of the media. In the seminar, approaches and theories of digital storytelling are investigated on the basis of self-researched literature.Objectives:
The students can research and analyze scientific works on approaches and theories of digital storytelling, and justify their own position in a scientific argumentation.Methods:
The students will carry out the steps for the development of a scientific position in a blended learning setting. The steps include the research of literature, the analysis of literature, the presentation of the analysis results and the construction of a scientific work. Participation in UB library tour and research training is expected.
