Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Teachers should be able to teach geometric drawing (GZ) according to the current curriculum, both as part of maths lessons and as a separate subject.
Based on the three content areas of the current curriculum for GZ (geometric objects and their properties, transformations of objects and relations between objects, projections and sketches), the following skills are taught through
- analysis, abstraction and argumentation (H1)
- Representation and operation (H2)
- Interpretation and reflection (H3)
the fundamentals of spatial geometry are promoted and spatial awareness is strengthened.
The content is explored through lectures, seminar contributions, discussions and the completion of work assignments.
