Aims, contents and method of the course
The course "Introduction to Legal Studies for Non-Lawyers - Application and Exercises" requires students to deepen their theoretical knowledge acquired in the course "Introduction to Legal Studies for Non-Lawyers" through exercises. Small case studies as well as discussions will help participants to gain a better understanding of legal problems and shall serve as a first possibility to acquire case solution skills. The course is separated into 5 subsections corresponding with the following 6 fields of law: Criminal Law, Public Law, Public International Law, European Union Law, Private (International) Law, Philosophy of Law.
