Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Lectures in nutritional biochemistry with a substantial background in chemistry and biochemistry. Emphasis on biochemical and physiological fundamentals of nutrition. Discussion of protein, fats, carbohydrate and energy and their roles and interrelationships in nutrition and metabolism.Please note that no recordings of the lectures are available. All lecture materials are provided in the Moodle course.
