Aims, contents and method of the course
This lecture series focuses on strategies for optimizing sensitivity, selectivity, accuracy and throughput of chromatographic and electrophoretic separations. Particularly, concepts of miniaturization, the use of advanced packing materials, the potential of multi-column-techniques and aspects of derivatization will be discussed in detail.
