Aims, contents and method of the course

ECTS: 6
The basic concepts of Hamiltonian Theory will be presented in the first part. Then the two body problem will be discussed in detail. The last part is devoted to the so-called restricted three body-problem. We also discuss the main properties of chaos in non-linear dynamical systems.
