Aims, contents and method of the course
Stellar structure, nucleosynthesis, nuclear burning phases, energy transport in stars, chemical evolution of stars, late stages of stellar evolution, double stars, stellar atmospheres, stellar winds, stellar magnetic fields
Assessment and permitted materials
attendance, active participation, 2 written exams during the semester, poster and short 10 min presentations by the students (incl. discussion) during the semester, 5th May, 17th and 24.th June
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
overall grading: 10% attendenace, 30% presentation, 60% exams of lectures
