Aims, contents and method of the course
The lecture series enhances students’ knowledge of strategic approaches that help to solve sustainability challenges at different spatial scales. It develops students’ understanding of the knowledge bases, perspectives and assumptions that underpin those approaches. Special attention will be paid to interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary perspectives on sustainability problems and the identification of factors that enable and constrain the implementation of sustainability strategies.Method: weekly lectures
