Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The Bachelor Seminar deals with 10 selected current themes that deal with urban regeneration. It aims at critically analyzing understanding issues and opportunities within urban regeneration strategies at the local, city and metropolitan scales. Examples are spatial justice, built heritage, density, sustainable redevelopment, etc.
Assessment and permitted materials
Each participant gives an oral presentation with ppt presentation (20-25 min.) that she/he uploads on moodle. The PPT presentation is recorded with the oral comments.
Participants sharing the same theme, provide critical and constructive feed-backs through "forum" on moodle (discussion).
Each participant writes a final seminar paper that takes into account the remarks provided in the discussion.
PPT presentation and paper can be in German or English.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Assessment: Oral presentation and discussion 40%, written seminar paper 60%.
