Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Behavioural biology and The four levels of Tinbergen provide an excellent framework to integrate the multitude of topics to be taught at high school, a way to avoid the pitfall of trivial persuit teaching.

A main goal is to support an understanding of the integrated evolution of behavioural, anatomical and physiological traits and that the evolution and execution of behaviour follows the same basic rules in all species.

Examination topics

Ppt presentation (will be made available via moodle), discussions.
