Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Written test and generation and interpretation of a phylogenetic tree in TNT. A complete script is provided for the practical part, but may not be used in the examination.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Attendance during the practical part, in case of absence the material has to be made up for in consultation with the lecturers. Grading: 50% exam theoretical part, 50% exam practical part.
