Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Vorlesung gibt einen Überblick über ausgewählte Tiergruppen der heimischen Fauna. An Beispielen wird die Biologie und Ökologie verschiedener Arten dargestellt und aktuelle Probleme und Konzepte werden diskutiert. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt in der Darstellung besonderer Lebensräume, die für Österreich charakteristisch sind, sowie in der biogeographischen Darstellung der Fauna Österreichs.

Maximal sind 24 Punkte erreichbar; mehr als 12 Punkte sind für den erfolgreichen Abschluss notwendig. <12 Punkt = 5, 13-15 Punkte = 4, 16-18 Punkte = 3, 19-21 Punkte = 2, 22-24 Punkte = 1

Examination topics

Inhalt der Vorlesungen, Kenntnisse über Lebensweise und Besonderheiten bestimmter heimischer Tiere und charakteristischer Lebensräume in Mitteleuropa.
