The total costs for the field course will be approximately 700 Euro plus flight tickets (800-1100 Euro). Flights will be arranged by the participants themselves.

The first meeting will be on 1 October 2015, 14:00 at Übungsraum 6, UZA I. The field course will be carried out on 10-24 November 2015 at the Tropical Research Station La Gamba, Costa Rica.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Assessment and permitted materials
(1) The results of all research projects have to be presented in a seminar (contribution to final mark: 1/3). (2) A written report has to be submitted after the end of the course (contribution to final mark: 2/3).
