In the second week we will apply these skills to current topics of biological data analysis, e.g. sequence alignment, gene detection, and high throughput data analysis.Ideally the course will be held in presence and no personal laptops are required (but can be brought to class).
If the course has to take place online, students must have a personal computer and further details will be announced.
