Aims, contents and method of the course

Basics and tools regaring the management of ecological projects are presenteted and put into praxis by diverse examples.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The course focuses on the fundamental conceptions of the management of ecological projects. The presentation is illustrated by practical examples from eyery day work in ecological planning and consulting business. The students are supposed to recieve a practical "tool-kit" for project management. Furthermore they will plan, execute and evaluate an own project in a small team.
