Aims, contents and method of the course
This lecture series provides an overview of the methods and applications of proteome analyses of microorganisms. After an introduction to the basic techniques of proteomics, current approaches for investigating microbial communities and symbioses, for example in biofilms, and cell-cell communication will be discussed.
