prokaryotic cells, organelles of eukaryotic plant cells
organelle motility
plasmolysis, osmotic value
permeability of the plasma membrane to water and other substances
tip growth of plant cells

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Understanding the principal concepts of pro- and eukaryotic plant cells. Knowledge of principles and correlations of structure and functions of living cells and specialised cell types.
